1. Delivery Times and Fees

Business days are Saturday to Thursday, excluding public holidays. Delivery fees are shown again at checkout and in your order confirmation, so there are no surprises on arrival.
2. How We Ship
- Cards are dispatched by our courier partners (Pathao, RedX or Steadfast, depending on your area).
- Every shipment is tied to your order ID (for example TZ-1A2B3C4D) and a courier tracking reference.
- Cash-on-delivery orders are collected by the courier at your door; have the balance ready.
3. Tracking Your Order
- Use the Track Order page and enter your order ID to see the live status.

4. Address and Delivery Responsibility
- Please give a complete, correct address with a landmark and a phone number that our courier can reach.
- If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available to receive it, a second delivery charge applies before we re-send it.
- Risk passes to you once the order is delivered to the address you gave us — please open and check the parcel on arrival.
5. Delays
Timelines are estimates. Courier strikes, public holidays, extreme weather, remote-area routing or an incomplete address can add time. If your order is later than the estimate, message us with your order ID and we will chase the courier for you.
6. Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, opened or you believe it never arrived, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order ID and a photo or video of the parcel. See our Returns & Replacements page for the full policy.
